Least favorite part about glass: it breaks. As someone who’s rough on things, it’s also a great lesson in treating precious possessions gently.
That said, I know how disappointing it is when a beloved piece of jewelry breaks. I strive to approach each repair with the individual care it deserves.
Depending on the nature of what needs fixing, the cost will vary. In most cases I will ask that you mail the piece back to me, and that you cover shipping both ways.
